Organization performance depend upon the employees whereas the employees are play the key role of any organization it is fact that many employees are feeling downcast, disheartened & hopeless due to pressure of top level management. The Organization faces the different hurdles & constraints to make the profit while profit might not be possible until and unless they will not focus on the basic requirement of employees.
Furthermore the most of employees rotate the job and leave from their jobs this will be vain for both side employees as well as organization side because there are chances to diminish the long term goals of organization, However, it is the liability of top management to managing the employees, fulfilling the needs of employees & retain them throughout provide them different benefits including time management, thus every organization has official time, It’s a familiar reality that we are most content by what we do when we are triumphant at doing it. The prime obstacles toward achievement in our jobs are procrastination and wasted time. The way to tame both of these time-goblins is to commence each workday with a time management plan.  
Do your job with sincerity and somehow there is contribution of skills apart from “Willingness” It is main requirement of any task instead of this stress has been increasing caused by job description and job specification whereas I am eyewitness of this significant situation. Lets example a person who have a degree of Master in Human Resource furthermore he/she applied for the job in any marketing company and job specification is also the linked with marketing while the company has appointed as a marketing person so what was his/him prerequisite who has done Master in Human Resources being a human resource person Marketing is as intended for contemporary utilize with limited combination since a Human Resource person at the present he/she entered into marketing field this is called the recession because a person is doing the job of marketing not willingly while he/she is doing the job by his/her compulsion, throughout  this process a person identify the errors during the job even blaming himself as well as probable committed to switching the jobs, hence it will affect the personnel & assist to increase the stress at the workplace finally the whole process negatively affect the organizational performance   therefore these are short terms goals.
Although several workplace stresses are ordinary, undue stress can obstruct with your efficiency along with impact your physical and emotional health. And your capability to deal with it can mean the difference between success or failure. You can’t organize everything in your work environment, but that doesn’t mean you’re immobilized even when you’re stuck in a hard situation. Finding ways to manage workplace stress isn’t about creating huge changes or rethinking career ambitions, but rather about focusing on the one thing that’s always within your control: that is you.
A recruitment manager should set the goals along with job description and engage those person who are capable meet the organizational goals, these are the lack of organizations which they delude during hiring process.

HRM is now expected to add value to the strategic utilization of employees and that employee programmes impact the business in measurable ways, hence, the new role of HRM involves strategic direction and HRM metrics and measurements to demonstrate value.
With technologies evolving every day, human resources professionals are realizing that the fast-paced, ever-changing digital world impacts the professionals are realizing that the fast-paced, ever-changing digital world impacts their jobs and workplaces—not only today, but in the future.

Satisfaction of Employees & ignore the politics within the organization – A study Conducted within the Banking Industry

Politics is occur in every organization and we can’t deny it within the organizations while some authors believes that politics is good for an organization and some believes that it is bad practice for an organization. While I have research it and my paper has been published in international research papers so the causes of this practice as some authors said that employees politics is corrupt, corrupt and only corrupt, when we talk about exact definition of politics, it is to encourage someone, some managers punish their employees for their future prospective within the organization and impact on the performance of banking industry.
My Research topic is “Causes identification of employee politics and its impact on the performance of banking industry in Pakistan”.
There are some variables that identify the employee politics and we have to evaluate the performance of employees that can be benefited for an organization. This paper has identified the proper subjects matter that diminish the power of supervisor along with increase the performance of employees. Employees are assets of an organization, we need to maintain and retain them with different measurement like salary increment, motivation way, other rewards that loft attract the employees and provide the require resources. During the data collection for my research, I’ve observed that most of the managers are dissatisfy from their job even though their pay scale is more, some of them dissatisfy for their time flexibility they couldn’t give the time for their family and some of them dissatisfy for the lack of motivation.

Impact of Government Job on Employees Benefits & Competencies

Employees are assets for any organization, measurement of their motivation might not be possible but some organizations has various tools to evaluate the overall performance like 360 degree, Self Reviews, Peer to peer reviews , frequently  absenteeism increases because of de-motivation which is worst for an organization.
Most of the employees prefer their security assurance and they expect a lot from an organization while when we compare Private Job Vs Government Job then usually people prefer to Government job, Governmental jobs have more pleasures and comfort even after the retirement of the employee. The provident fund, gratuity and the pension are the major constituents of the employee’s earning even after his or her retirement. Few of these incentives are also a part of the private jobs but not all of them so this garnishing on the governmental jobs have further attracted the people towards the governmental jobs in Pakistan., I’ve seen many people who have good job and everything they have been provided by company In Private sector but they still believe that Government job is Government Why it is happening there might be many reasons behind it although I have to raise simple Questions that “Are Government Employees Competent and Skillful ? Are they working hard?
If they are competent then why RAILWAY Department is quite failed? Why there is Mismanagement? Are their employees competent and skillful? I am not considering the whole people might be some people would be well educated and proficient but not in majority; this is the primary reason behind failure of RAILWAY when something isn’t lucrative then privatization starts. PIA which is one of the most essential and realistic issue that cannot be neglect, but can you imagine the basic reason according to my study there is lack of management whereas there is over-employment.
Whenever I meet anyone then everyone suggests me that if you want to live in Pakistan then do a government job that will be secure for you, yes no doubt, it is secure but one think we have to remember that we have to work with under the supervisor of incompetent and un-educated person in few government organizations, I prefer the government job but few things we have to scarifies and work with patience.
Behind every problem, solution is always available and political influences should be diminish there is final solution and I believe that those person should be hire in government organization who can achieve the task on the time and competent person must be required in every organizations.
