True teachers are those who use themselves as viaduct over which they invite their students to cross; then, having facilitated their crossing, joyfully collapse, encouraging them to create their own.

Sometimes Motivation comes from our internal feelings and sometimes it comes from external environment such as leadership, team player and Teachers who always motivate and engage towards themselves, parents & Teachers that not only guide us but also they teach us the discipline of life as well as roles of life throughout their motivation and inspiration while motivation is that factor where we might be able to achieve the goals of our life because when we are dissatisfy then how would we survive our life without motivation and satisfaction?

According to me I believe my motivation level augment through the external environment whereas the best example is my teacher; every person has a favorite teacher and some has a wondrous teacher, I am fortunate person who has best of best teacher in my life and the whole part of my success I am dedicating to her.

I did survey on the Extroverted Vs Introverted every person has a different personality qualities while when we compare them so according to me extroverted might be long term goals & Introverted might be short term goals furthermore sometimes consciousness better for human because during the consciousness people will remind their duties again and again so it will be helpful to realize their duties and responsibilities, Consequently, these terminology I have learnt from teacher as well as my teacher not only motivate to me but also she guide me, today I am representing the different units included STUDENT COUNCIL, RESEARCH DEPARTMENT, Participated in Different Leadership Programs & Promoting myself as a human, I just only want to be a good human like helpful and corroboratory who work for others.

The right path of way leads us towards the success & success is not the final destination it’s the path of way once we select the right pathway, later, we will readily find out the better terminus.

This is very encouragement statement for me once a teacher has shared with me & I never forget her quotation of my teacher that “you have to prove yourself it would be better if you work hard in the area of research. Secondly, if you haven’t friend then I am your best friends” the reason behind it, I always sat down on the back seat in class room then whole student look at me and feel astonishing that why I would preferring the back side well its big tragedy might be I couldn’t describe the reason so that’s why Ma’am always indicated me and once she said these words.  Last but not least the whole credit of my success is gone to her “Miss Saba Gulzar”, She is not only motivator but also my inspiring personality I have achieved many  goals throughout her efforts, whatsoever she is everything for us like a mother, sister, friend and so much…

Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.

Every people have some ambitions for burgeon their lives without any hurdles while is it possible?

Let me clear if you have determination & you have ability to do the best then nobody can overwhelm you in order to reach your destination, many people give up at the midpoint while there should be patience to surpass and overcome the weaknesses. According to my personal views in this world everything is possible it’s up to us that how can we drive our life in better way. There are two ways of life succession plan and imagination, doing succession right can be so empowering everyone is talented person but some talents couldn’t show their competencies just because of their motivation level would be low, Leaders always pin up towards the succession plan and leader constrain us further leaders can be everyone like our managers, subordinators, who can inspire you and who can give you some imaginations.

Imagination” is one of those words that inspire us. Einstein proclaimed that it’s more essential than knowledge. The word gets used in a lot of ways, but for the most part people mean one of two things.

First, people use the word to refer to creativity in general– saying that someone has a great imagination or no imagination at all.

Second, people use the word to refer to mental imagery of some kind — either picturing something in your head, like how your childhood bedroom looked, or hearing a song in your head to try to recall lyrics.

When you have enough imagination towards you can be better and successes in the world but you have to determination

Leadership comes through the Education – The Charming Personality Jinnah

Jinnah was the greatest leader he isn’t only well known for Pakistani’s but he is also prominent in all over the world i appreciated his steps he is real pioneer whereas he has taken the best paces in the favor of Pakistan, Today Pakistan is democratic country by the efforts of Jinnah i just want to suggest the politician that they need to study about the Jinnah even if you go to MPA or MNA and ask them that tell me the two best decisions of Jinnah literally they will become puzzled, being a Minority member i have read the achievements of Jinnah that not gives me courage but also provides me the real definition of leadership, I want to defend my country being a Pakistani i have so much onuses that need to be fulfilled i don’t know who is Imran Khan or who is Shareef Khandan i just worried about my country, i am belong to Larkana City in Sindh whereas there are many Hindus do live with fraternity with everyone, i have vision to spread the education in all over the Pakistan because i have seen so much accidents in Pakistan when i asked the poor person during the interview he was the homeless person even he wasn’t  have the money for eating the food i asked him that what is you aim in life or what do you want then suddenly he replied and said that i want to be doctor then i cant control my feelings, i remember the some countries names who provides not only homes for homeless person but also they provides the basic needs of an individual including Home, Education, Clothes each and everything that’s the “Brunei” probably there are so many countries who provides the basic needs.

I am not feeling shame for today’s “Politician” because this trends appeared from 1975. Even though the politicians children’s are getting the admissions in highest school of world like “Karachi Grammar School To Oxford University” but have you ever visualize and think about the poor person who are even couldn’t get the admissions in Local Schools No doubt today is the era of Latest technologies but these technologies restricted for affordable people not only for poor person.

I just wanted to elaborate about the true picture of “Politician” well the think is that 1st take the initiative from ourselves then we have right to say others. Wish you good luck

Impact of Government Job on Employees Benefits & Competencies

Employees are assets for any organization, measurement of their motivation might not be possible but some organizations has various tools to evaluate the overall performance like 360 degree, Self Reviews, Peer to peer reviews , frequently  absenteeism increases because of de-motivation which is worst for an organization.

Most of the employees prefer their security assurance and they expect a lot from an organization while when we compare Private Job Vs Government Job then usually people prefer to Government job, Governmental jobs have more pleasures and comfort even after the retirement of the employee. The provident fund, gratuity and the pension are the major constituents of the employee’s earning even after his or her retirement. Few of these incentives are also a part of the private jobs but not all of them so this garnishing on the governmental jobs have further attracted the people towards the governmental jobs in Pakistan., I’ve seen many people who have good job and everything they have been provided by company In Private sector but they still believe that Government job is Government Why it is happening there might be many reasons behind it although I have to raise simple Questions that “Are Government Employees Competent and Skillful ? Are they working hard?

If they are competent then why RAILWAY Department is quite failed? Why there is Mismanagement? Are their employees competent and skillful? I am not considering the whole people might be some people would be well educated and proficient but not in majority; this is the primary reason behind failure of RAILWAY when something isn’t lucrative then privatization starts. PIA which is one of the most essential and realistic issue that cannot be neglect, but can you imagine the basic reason according to my study there is lack of management whereas there is over-employment.

Whenever I meet anyone then everyone suggests me that if you want to live in Pakistan then do a government job that will be secure for you, yes no doubt, it is secure but one think we have to remember that we have to work with under the supervisor of incompetent and un-educated person in few government organizations, I prefer the government job but few things we have to scarifies and work with patience.

Behind every problem, solution is always available and political influences should be diminish there is final solution and I believe that those person should be hire in government organization who can achieve the task on the time and competent person must be required in every organizations.
